Application Submission
The certification process begins with the submission of an application, detailing the products, establishment, intended market, and purpose of certification.
Initial Screening by Certification Experts
Upon receiving the application, our experts review its details to understand your needs and determine whether the product qualifies for certification or if adjustments are necessary.
Product Evaluation & Approval
Once the application is accepted, our food technologists assess product details, requesting complete ingredient information, formulation statements, and supporting documentation.
On-Site Audit & Inspection
After product approval, we conduct a comprehensive site audit, ensuring adherence to halal procedures, hygiene standards, and proper segregation from non-halal elements.
Non-Conformance Resolution & Compliance Closure
If non-conformances are identified during the audit, the applicant is required to address and resolve them within a specified timeframe.
Upon submission of corrective evidence, we verify compliance and close any outstanding issues.
Certification Committee Review & Approval
A final review is conducted by our certification committee, comprising technical experts and religious scholars, ensuring all reports are thoroughly assessed before formal approval is granted.
Invoice Issuance
Before certification is issued, the applicant receives an invoice for the final certification fees, ensuring transparency in the process.
Certification Issuance
Once payment is completed, the official halal certification is issued, granting businesses the right to use the halal logo and confidently market their products to wider communities.
