✔ HCA strictly permits hand slaughtering—we do not certify machine-slaughtered meat, even though some standards allow it.

✔ Slaughterhouses and meat processing facilities must meet food safety regulations to guarantee that meat is safe for consumption.
✔ While certifications like BRC, ISO FSCC 22000, or IFT are beneficial, they are not mandatory—our HCCP Manual (Halal Certification Compliance Protocol Manual) provides clear halal food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with halal suitability requirements.
